Vertical packing machines, which are often referred to as Vertical Form Fill Seal machines, are pieces of equipment that are utilized in the packaging sector. These machines are very efficient and automated. Bags are formed, filled, and sealed in a continuous manner from a roll of flexible packaging film by these machines.

Working Process

1. Usually polyethene or polypropylene film, the film unwinder feeds a continuous roll of packaging material.
2. Sealing the film lengthwise, the bag forming generates a continuous tube.
3. Either volumetric or automated weighing systems allow the dosing station to fill the bag with the product.
4. Following filling, transverse sealing creates distinct chambers.
5. The bag is then cut and detached from the main tube.
6. The control system guarantees packing process consistency and accuracy.

• Zipper/Resealable/Ziplock bag packaging —— between zipper and bag mouth distance at least 2.5cm.
• Gusset bag packaging —— bag gusset width within 50mm, if the bag mouth is too small the products can’t fill completely, and can’t be packed.
• Spout bag packaging —— spout at the side of the bag, sealing sizes at least 50mm.
• Pallet bag packaging —— pallet in bags, pallet length lower bag mouth at least 3cm.
