Working Process

The Conveyor delivers the products to be weighed first, which are then put into the Infeed Funnel. Then it can be disseminated to Linear Feeder Pans using a program-controlled vibrating Top Cone. The Infeed Funnel’s height can be adjusted to modify the product flow thickness. Products to be weighed are equally distributed into each Linear Feeder Pan and kept in the Feed Bucket. When the previous weighing is completed and the Weigh Buckets are cleaned, the items to be weighed in Feed Buckets can be fed into the Weigh Buckets to prepare for the following combination. Meanwhile, this machine can communicate with other equipment such as packaging machines or conveyors. The figure shows the workflow.

Working Process

The product is delivered by conveyor into an upper storage funnel, then discharged and distributed to linear vibrator pans using a top cone. The product thickness can be adjusted by adjusting the funnel post height. The product is evenly distributed into each linear feeder pan and stored in a Feed Hopper. The machine CPU calculates qualified combinations based on weight data, choosing the best one to discharge.
