Working Process
The workflow of the multi-column vertical packing machine consists mostly of the following steps, which will be depicted and summarized in the following sub-points in a straightforward format:
Material Preparation and Placement: First, prepare the materials needed for packing, such as bags and items, and set them in the appropriate positions of the packaging machine for regular operation.
Starting and checking: Turn on the power switch for the packaging machine and start it. Before beginning, ensure that the compressed air pressure satisfies the criteria (e.g., greater than 0.6 bar) and that the key components, such as heating tape, scissors, and trolley parts, are in good condition. To ensure safety after startup, make sure there are no other individuals surrounding the equipment.
Parameter setting: Follow the instructions in the packaging machine’s manual to configure the temperature, sealing time, sealing speed, filling capacity value, and other parameters to ensure proper operation and product quality.
To avoid difficulties caused by incorrect settings, make sure to set the parameters exactly as specified in the handbook.
Automatic bag feeding and opening: The packaging machine will automatically transfer pre-made bags from the storage position to the machine and properly arrange them in the position of the material to be filled. When the bag reaches the opening position, the machine automatically opens the bag’s mouth and waits for the filling.
Filling and sealing: Depending on the size of the bag and the type of material to be filled, the machine automatically adjusts the filling amount and time to fill the bag. After filled, the bag’s mouth will be automatically sealed. The sealing methods are longitudinal (heat sealing) and transverse (cutting at the sealing site to complete the sealing).
Cutting and Finished Product Output: Once the bags have been sealed, the machine cuts them to size and separates them into individual bags. The final bags are sent out through the machine’s output section for further processing or packaging.
Monitoring and Adjustment: Throughout the production process, the product quality is verified at all times to ensure that the shredded vegetables, vacuum degree, heat sealing line, buckling, weight, and so on are qualified. If a problem arises, modify the machine’s essential parameters or operation in a timely manner to ensure product quality and efficiency.

- Zipper/Resealable/Ziplock bag packaging —— between zipper and bag mouth distance at least 2.5cm.
- Gusset bag packaging —— bag gusset width within 50mm, if the bag mouth is too small the products can’t fill completely, and can’t be packed.
- Spout bag packaging —— spout at the side of the bag, sealing sizes at least 50mm.
- Pallet bag packaging —— pallet in bags, pallet length lower bag mouth at least 3cm.
