Features:

1. The machine complies with GMP and CGMP standards, featuring a PLC control system and servo motor drive for precise control. All parts in contact with medical products are made of high-corrosion-resistant SS316 stainless steel.

2. The main motor utilizes frequency speed adjustment control for optimal performance.

3. The machine is designed with independent molds, making assembly and disassembly much easier.

4. Each station is adjustable via a digital display control, with a separate pressing station that ensures clear pressing and embossing.

5. The machine is equipped with alarms for the end of the Alu foil, PVC film, and for detecting breaks, along with an emergency stop safety device.

6. Safety cover protection devices are used to ensure the safety of operators during operation.
