These machines are very efficient and automated. Bags are formed, filled, and sealed in a continuous manner from a roll of flexible packaging film by these machines.

工作流程

1. Usually polyethene or polypropylene film, the film unwinder feeds a continuous roll of packaging material.
2. Sealing the film lengthwise, the bag forming generates a continuous tube.
3. Either volumetric or automated weighing systems allow the dosing station to fill the bag with the product.
4. Following filling, transverse sealing creates distinct chambers.
5. The bag is then cut and detached from the main tube.
6. The control system guarantees packing process consistency and accuracy.
