工作流程

1. 薄膜開卷機送入一卷連續的包裝材料，通常是聚乙烯或聚丙烯薄膜。
2. 製袋機經由縱向密封薄膜形成連續管。
3. 配料站將產品填充到袋子中，這可以透過自動稱重系統或體積配料來完成。
4. 填充後發生橫向密封，形成單獨的隔間。
5. 然後將袋子切割並與主管分開。
6.控制系統保證包裝過程的精確性和一致性。

• 拉鍊/可重複密封/自封袋包裝－拉鍊與袋口之間的距離至少2.5cm。
• 插角袋包裝－袋子插角寬度在50mm以內，袋口太小，產品無法完全填充，無法包裝。
• 吸嘴袋包裝－吸嘴位於袋子側面，封口尺寸至少50mm。
• 托盤袋包裝－托盤裝袋，托盤長度下袋口至少3cm。
